If you haven't read "This Love" the first book in the series that's ok you don't have to have read it in order to follow along. Atticus & Avery from the first book are throughout this one but their relationship doesn't move forward. 

Scout is one hot mess but she seems to finally be on the right track. I only got a little bit of Dane in the first book so I didn't realize what a hot mess he was as well. I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop with Scout and things to turn ugly but she is one strong girl. Dane & Scout both hold back and they keep missing what the other is saying which gets a bit frustrating. Things finally come to a head and once the dust settles you will find out if these to messed up people have it in them to be together. 

Lots of hot steamy sex scenes. 

Ending was good I would loved a bit more.

Holy Moly this was a fabulous read!

The banter between Ev & Hunter is hilarious. The underlining threat at the college keeps you on your toes at every turn. Ev lays her feelings on the line to Hunter but Hunter can't come clean to her leaving not only Ev heart broken but myself as well. Only a few hot sex scenes but enough sexual tension to keep your juices flowing. Ev & Hunter's story is not the only story told, there's a great deal about Ev's best friend Sam. Sam's story will continue in "Pieces of You" coming out 12/1/13.

Leo Resists Nora

As if he’d made a decision, he pulled me out into the quiet hallway. Once we were alone, he said, “Now, about last night—” he stopped, appearing stuck on what to say.

“Yeah?” 

He took two steps away from me, like he needed some space between us, like what he was going to say was difficult. He ran his hand through his hair furiously, pulling on the ends a little. “Nora, look, I think you’re a pretty girl, but there won’t be anything between us.”

My face flushed because I had acted inappropriately last night. Like a slut, really. Yet I didn’t regret it. And then there was my bad list. I wanted him for my meaningless sex. Still.

“Because you think I’m too young.” 

“Yes.” He blew out a breath. “I’m sorry if I come across as a prick here, but I don’t want you to get the wrong idea about me. I don’t do serious relationships ever, and you deserve something good, not just a quick fuck.”

Nora certainly has put on a perfect mask to hide who she really is. Once things start to unravel I couldn't help but feel utterly heart broken for Nora. Nora is a strong brave girl and it's wonderful to read how she steers her life in a direction she can truly be happy in. Sparks fly between Nora and Leo with just a look. Something brews between them but Leo refuses to let it happen. Nora continually lays her cards out to him to just have him throw them back at her hurting them both in the process. Nora has to find a way to let go of Leo and move on since he doesn't want her. A few hot steamy scenes. Couldn't put it down.
Fabulous Ending!

Damaged

Life sucks. And, as soon as Sidney picks up the pieces something always knocks her back onto her butt. It's never pretty, but this time is different. This time pretty isn't even the right word.

Peter is the personification of perfection. It's like he fell off his angel perch in purgatory, because let's face it--any guy that hot has got to be naughty. He was probably sent here to ruin her life.

Peter is beyond beautiful with his sexy blue eyes, dark hair, and toned body. Add in his charming wit and Peter is everything Sidney ever wanted in a man, but when things get hot and heavy Peter shows her the door. Sidney takes the walk of shame and leaves. It's the end of the worst blind date ever. Her life couldn't possibly reach higher levels of suckage, but it does.

The next morning everything comes crashing down. The insanely hot guy from last night, the one that saw her half naked, is teaching at the front of the class room

Well this book seemed to have the same story line as most other Student/Teacher books with all the pitfalls of why they can't be together. Well holy shit people this book amps it up- I seriously couldn't put it down! Sidney and Peter have secrets which make them "Damaged" and slowly their stories come out. You will have to read for yourself to see if they are too "Damaged" to actually be together. Not much steaminess but there are some hot make out scenes. The end was a wtf when is Damaged #2 coming out!

This is one heavy book! Not for the faint of heart. Even know it's set in High School the characters were very mature. I was on edge most of the time while reading. I knew that Brooke was getting in over her head and that her budding romance with Ryan would take a hit I could just see the train wreck in my head but it certainly didn't play out how I predicted! Even know what Brooke did to her best friend was totally digesting I still felt sorry for her because when your young and your caught up in the moment you make mistakes. Just when I thought things were going to work out and everyone was going to live happily ever after BAM it takes a dark turn and things explode after that.  I can tell you there are some hot sex scenes -yes high school kids - I wish my sexual experience in high school was like it was with Brooke and Ryan! The ending was Fabulous and the epilogue was spatular! Again this book is graphic and there is a rape scene so know it is dark but there is also lots of light in there too.

This book is such an emotional drainer. 

As I just finished it up I have a huge pit in my stomach and feel like crying!

 What the hell can a book even do that to someone? 

Kayden & Callie have demons but they finally let each other in - not all the way but enough. Just when things start going , gosh I can't even say they are going good for them but rather they really connect it all comes crumbling down. The ending made me want to chuck my ereader across the room!

 For real Jessica Sorensen you left it like that?Lol.  I know you have another book up your sleeve there is no way you can leave it like that they need one hell of a HEA!

This book is not for the faint of heart. 

There are lots of sex scenes but most are by force and almost painful to read. 

It's hard to know who is good and bad sometimes as even the bad guys so bits of tenderness~ bits but they are still there which gives you hope that deep down they have an ounce of good in them. 

Mia does not know what to think about Tyler when he show's up in her world. 

She has a goal and doesn't expect to come out alive and she will do anything she has to to make sure her goal is met. She is a hero by all rights. 

Will she get her freedom or death which to her is freedom. 

Don't get me wrong even know it's a disturbing book it was very well written, held your interest & certainly kept you guessing.

Quick Read 88 Pages.
I'm deeming this book a violent Romance.

I left the warning in there because this book is not for the squeamish!

This is how the book starts "You have-you have done this before, right?" he asked, pushing two fingers inside me." 

At first I was thinking Wow what a way to start a book and my mind instantly thought this must be a scene from past as a teenager getting it on for the first time- umm I was wrong so very wrong. As everything came together I felt odd wanting her to fall in love with Zachary knowing that I shouldn't feel that way but there was something in his words that made me feel that way. 

The events that happen in the book are graphic & disturbing my heart ached for her. Their feelings for each other at the end kind of surprised me since they didn't seem to know anything about each other beside such violence.

So with that said I would have loved a Epilogue.
