Sometimes, There's More to the Story… To every girl with a pulse, he's Lawton Rastor – billionaire bad boy, former underground fighter, and heartbreaker extraordinaire. But in his own private torment, he's the guy who lost his only chance at her – the one exceptional girl he can't quite forget.
He's a bad boy billionaire with a terrible reputation. She's a plucky nice girl who wants to play it safe. How can Lawton, who built his empire on raw badness alone, win the heart and mind of the sweetest thing he'd ever known?
In Unbelonging, we heard the tale from Chloe Malinski, the girl-next-door who captured his heart. Now, at last, Lawton tells his side of the story.
Fans of Unbelonging will love this humorous and heart-wrenching retelling, which includes a few surprises along the way. New readers are in for a special treat, because this is a bad-boy, good-girl story that will capture your imagination like no other.

I don't really care for books being retold by the other characters POV but I did LOVE the "Unbelonging" Series and the reviews of Lawton lead me to believe the story wouldn't be the same.
This is like a whole other storyline. Yes, the events are the same but OMG reading it through Lawton's eyes's it's so very very different. Lawton has been in love with Chloe for a very long time but he didn't know who she was or how to find her. When she shows up as his next door neighbor he is besides himself with wanting to just swoop in and love her. He does control himself and takes the time to get to know her but she's hiding something and this makes Lawton on edge. He has a lot of people stab him in the back and when things are starting to point to Chloe doing the something he ends up taking things to far. Once the dust settles he knows he lost her but he is determined to win her back. There are still some things that are unanswered for him but his focus is on winner her back. Some hot, steamy sex scenes- nothing crazy. Their story continues in "Rastor" .
