Mack has been a cocky guy since he was kid as well as focus and determined. When his plans for the future come spilling out Lauren doesn't take to kindly to them. She is quick to protect her heart instead of looking as all that Mack has accomplished. Now years later they come face to face and Mack is still as cocky as ever. This time Mack won't let Lauren slip through his fingers but it's going to take a little more than a smile to get her to crumble. Lauren has had it tough since Mack left her behind 10 years ago but just when things got better it all fell apart again. Lauren has somethings she needs to tell Mack but he ends up figuring it out first. There's not much resistance with these two knowing they belong together it just a rocky road navigation all the obstacles. Some hot steamy sex scenes. Fantastic ending.
