Matt Sky is missing. After a solo ascent of Longs Peak that left only a large blood stain, tatters of climbing clothing, and the tracks of an animal in the snow, he is presumed dead ...
Hannah Catalano is guarding a secret ...
Tensions rise, secrets grow bigger, and passions run deeper in the highly anticipated second book in the Night Owl Trilogy.
I was blown away by "Night Owl" so I couldn't wait to get on hands on this one.
Let me tell you I wasn't disappointed!
Hannah is following Matts lead, but she is the one to burden the guilt since she is the one facing everyone while Matt hides away. Matt sets something in motion that will, hopefully, convince Hannah to run away with him. As the lies keeps piling up, it blows up in Matts face, and Hannah can't take it anymore. They of course, are both miserable without each other and when they are alone together the fireworks go off and they can't keep their hands off each other. Soon they realize life isn't much worth living if they can't do it together, but Hannah has some stipulations. The sex is off the charts with these two. Fabulous ending. I can't imagine what "After Dark" will bring us.
