Saving Quinton

ebook erotica review student drug addict

Nova Reed can't forget him-Quinton Carter, the boy with the honey-brown eyes who made her realize she deserved more than an empty life. His pain was so similar to her own. But Nova has been coming to terms with her past and healing, while Quinton is out there somewhere, sinking deeper. She's determined to find him and help him . . . before it's too late.

Nova has haunted his dreams for nearly a year-but Quinton never thought a sweet, kind person like her would care enough about a person like him. To Quinton, a dark, dangerous life is exactly what he deserves. And Nova has no place in it. But Nova has followed him to Las Vegas, and now he must do whatever it takes to keep her away, to maintain his self-imposed punishment for the unforgivable things he's done. But there's one flaw in his plan: Nova isn't going anywhere . . .

***************

"Breaking Nova" had an ending that was bitter sweet I only hoped that Quinton would turn his life around, and they would find each other again. Nova has turned her life around, but she can not stop thinking about Quinton or trying to find him. When she gets ready to go home for the summer from college, she is more determined than ever to find him and fix him. Nova goes on a road trip, with her best friend in tow to save Quinton. Getting through to Quinton is harder than Nova thought it would be, not to mention it is dangerous where he lives and his life style. There are moments of hope though but just when you think it might work out everything comes crashing down, and Nova has lost Quinton, and it looks as if like it might be for good. Now Nova has to figure out how to go on knowing she lost another person she loves. Something happens, and Nova just might get one more chance to save Quintion now she has to figure out how to do it without failing this time. This book was painful to read, I felt as hopeless a Nova did at times. There's no hot sex, this book is not about that it is about Love which is just as much lady porn as the sex part! Fabulous ending.

Tell Me

ebook erotica review lady porn rock star

He had planned a perfect weekend for her…

Gabriel “Force” Banner has been unable to get a certain sexy accountant out of his head. Sole Regret’s inventive drummer has created big plans to keep sweet Melanie entertained all weekend long. Unfortunately, Melanie arrives for their rendezvous with a bit of baggage that just might ruin their fun.

She didn’t mean to make things difficult…

Melanie wouldn’t blame Gabe if he left her at the airport with her bit of baggage, but he’s determined to make their limited time together work. When they leave behind the bustle of New Orleans and the rock ‘n’ roll scene to visit his serene oasis outside of Austin, Texas, their romantic weekend seems to be back on track. But life has a way of butting in at the worst possible times.

Can they learn how to support each other in the face of adversity or will reality destroy their budding relationship before it even takes flight?

This novella is 60,000 words long and includes an extra night, because one night with Force just isn’t enough.

Melanie & Gabe could not catch a break when they finally got to see each other again. When things weren't going wrong they did seem to click and even when things weren't so good they knew what the other needed. As for Melanie's friends I could have kicked her ass myself- she is one needy chick. I wasn't sure what to make of her really and when I thought I might have figured it out I was oh so wrong!! Lots of hot juicy sex. Fantastic Ending!

Breaking Nova

ebook erotica review lady porn college drug use

Nova Reed used to have dreams-of becoming a famous drummer, of marrying her true love. But all of that was taken away in an instant. Now she's getting by as best she can, though sometimes that means doing things the old Nova would never do. Things that are slowly eating away at her spirit. Every day blends into the next . . . until she meets Quinton Carter. His intense, honey brown eyes instantly draw her in, and he looks just about as broken as she feels inside.

Quinton once got a second chance at life-but he doesn't want it. The tattoos on his chest are a constant reminder of what he's done, what he's lost. He's sworn to never allow happiness into his life . . . but then beautiful, sweet Nova makes him smile. He knows he's too damaged to get close to her, yet she's the only one who can make him feel alive again. Quinton will have to decide: does he deserve to start over? Or should he pay for his past forever?

Wow let's talking about the ending first- Oh my not what I had except or hoped for. It's wonderful on one hand & extremely sad on the other. I hope we get the second part of happy ending in the next book . Looks like there's going to be 3 books in this series. As for the rest of the book it's basically a sad story of 2 people who have lost so much trying to numb their selfs from all the pain. Nova & Quinton were meant to find each other they both can understand what's it's like to want to be numb. Just when I thought they were going to save each other it doesn't happen. However something wonderful did happen but I won't tell you anymore than that. Very emotional story. Some tender loving moments.

Try Me

ebook rock band erotica review

For the five sexy rock gods of Sole Regret, finding love is easy, keeping it is hard.

Melanie has no desire to meet the members of the rock band, Sole Regret, but her groupie of a best friend gets them both backstage and then rushes off with the band’s lead singer. Left alone at an after party with a bunch of scary tattooed and pierced metal-heads, sheltered Melanie is relieved when the only normal-looking guy in the room insists on keeping her company.

By the time Melanie discovers that Gabe is the band’s drummer and not as normal as she assumed, she has already made a complete fool of herself. She can’t help but be interested in him, not as a rock star, but as the sexiest man she’s ever encountered. Strangely attracted to his hidden tattoos and body piercing, she wonders what it would be like to spend a night with a bad boy.

Gabe is more than willing to show sweet Melanie there’s more to him than meets the eye. All she has to do is try him. Will they only share a single night of passion? Or will their hearts entangle as quickly as their bodies?

***************

Quick Read 88 pages.

I think I am on a Rock Star Role with the last few books!
This book is super hot.
I love that Melanie had no desire to hook up with a member from the band nor even be at the after party yet she finds what could be the man of her dreams. Melanie is not your typical groupie which totally attracts Gabe and well Gabe is not just a Rock Star Drummer he is so much more. Gabe was the one wanting more than a one night stand and couldn't even wait 30 mins after they parted ways to call Melanie.
There are 3 more books in this series (last book isn't out yet) So I am hoping like the other Olivia Cunning books that I will also get to know what happens with Gabe and Melanie.

Quotes:

"Her hair looked like it had lost a fight with a raccoon- a rabid raccoon with a powerful nesting instinct"

"She titled her head, appraising him as if he were some column of numbers that didn't add up"

"is that some sort of macho vendetta against my girlie bits?"

Ballroom Blitz

She’s got the rhythm, but he’s got all the right moves.
Two to Tango Story
After years on the road, rock drummer Jon White Feather is home from tour to reassess his music career. When his shy niece begs him to take a ballroom dancing class, Jon agrees, aware he’s not Fred Astaire material. Still, it stings when his sexy-hot instructor—who makes his heart do the cha-cha—deals his ego a low blow: he has no rhythm.
Maggie Buchanan is doing everything to make ends meet since her IT career fizzled, including teaching couples dancing at the community center. She’s prepared for anything—except her immediate attraction to the bad boy rocker who doesn’t know his right foot from his left.
As Jon sets out to prove he can rock his body—and hers—their sexual chemistry burns a path across the dance floor, straight to the bedroom. And Maggie wasn’t expecting a man with limited dance skills would know exactly how to sweep her off her feet.

A quick read at 123 pages.
Hot sex scenes ~ Not dripping raunchy but descriptive.
The attraction happens pretty quickly but the hot scenes take a bit longer.
Wonderful Romance story but then I thought there is no way this is going to end well as they both were on different tracks with their careers.
Nothing a little time wouldn't sort out.
Ending was good but I think the author could have given us more.
