Raina tends to get the raw end of the deal. When she is almost out of options for a place to live she uses her girl power to convince Kent to let her stay. Kent may be smoking hot but he is no gentleman. He's rather rude to Raina but things turn around pretty quickly. These two have some major issues and throw an opinionated over powering older sister and you got yourself one hot mess. Raina's issues are pretty straightforward however she can't seem to let them go and if your going to be with a guy like Kent you are going to need a lot of faith and a bucketful of trust. Kent he is keeping his main issue close to his vest and we can figure it out fairly quickly but what I had trouble with was him letting going of everything after falling for Raina. Lucky for him she doesn't give up on him. There are times in the book when I was done with him lol. Some hot, steamy sex scenes. Fantastic ending. Can't wait for the next book.

At first Romeo doesn't see her as much more than a nuisance but the more time he spends with her he sees behind that veil of hair she hides behind. When she comes the target of his frat initiation he has to take things to the next level. As you can imagine the story would go that he actually falls for Rimmel but she finds out about the initiation and things go to hell. He made it right before they ever went to far but Rimmel can't see that so he has to up his game once again prove to her he's in for the long haul. Some hot, steamy scenes - nothing to raunchy. Fantastic ending. 

There are several more books in this series so I have no doubt we will get more of Rimmel & Romeo.

Sawyer goes through a lot at the end of the book and it's a beautiful thing to see him change into the man that was always just below the surface . Some amazingly hot sex scenes. Fantastic ending.

Ash is young but she is a tough cookie. When her and Landon have their first chance meeting it was magical but cut short when Landon found out her age. When they cross paths again it's because their parents are together. Things are awkward and Landon has a sort of girlfriend throughout most of the book. I think the stepbrother element is silly because their parents weren't together very long nor didn't they actually live as a unit. Landon has his own issues to deal with but there is no doubt he wants Ash. Once they sort things out they decide keep their relationship under wraps for a bit but outside sources like to start drama and things get hairy. There was a lot of sex scenes - not all Ash & Landon. The ending was ok would have liked a bit more closure. 

Wrong

I have a history of picking the wrong guy. Gay? Player? Momma’s boy? Check, check and check. 


Now I can’t stop fantasizing about one of the customers at the coffee shop I work at between classes. It’s just a harmless crush, right? It’s not like I ever see this guy outside of the coffee shop. It’s not like I’m going to see him while attempting to get birth control at the student clinic. While wearing a paper gown. While sitting on an exam table. Because he’s the doctor. Shoot. Me. 

But what if, for once, the man I’ve had the dirtiest, most scandalous fantasies about turned out to be everything but wrong?

Wow this book was Fantastic!!

Sophie is much younger than Luke but he is one hot sexy man.  Sophie has been through some stuff in her life that makes her more cautious. Once their lives cross outside the coffee shop things escalate. Luke seems to want to protect Sophie. Sophie says some pretty funny stuff and for the most part can't keep her feelings to herself.  There's a lot of hot sex, funny banter & a wicked mean family. It's a rocky road for these two to navigate not only with the age difference but outside sources not wanting them together. 

Fantastic ending- looking forward to more from this author. 

Shortstop

Can a person be prepared for, understand, or even endure a misfortune if they’ve never experienced one before? In Quint Lawson’s case the answer is no.

Quint & Annie are so it love it's almost too much. There's not really any issues between them. Annie is having a tad bit of a hard time adjusting to a move but other than that is true bliss page after page. Now when Quint has a life altering event happen things change but they have been together so long Annie isn't going to give up so quickly so their undying love continues page after page.  Then when Quint pulls his head out of his butt and goes after Annie it doesn't take much to win her heart back. 

The sex scenes were mild. It was well written but there was just too much perfect love for me and very little drama. Fabulous ending. 

Beautiful Something

This book takes us quickly through America & Shepley's life. It gives us some more insight on Abby & Travis as well and doesn't repeat a bunch of events we already know. America is a bit hard to handle and Shepley comes off a bit as a doormat but events make the fierceness in Shepley & the softness in America come out. No sex but amazing story nonetheless. Fantastic ending. 

Aflame

* I have listened to this whole series on Audio books. If your looking for a good audio book I highly recommend this series the narrators were fantastic. 

I read a author question and answer session on good reads about this book and the one question that stuck out was that folks thought Jared & Tate's story had ended and was in a good place. At the end of "Falling Away" there was some underlining issues flaring up with them so for me things weren't settled after reading that book. 

Jared leaving is heart breaking but I see his reasons. Tate just can't see past her pain to truly get why Jared must go so she does the best she can at moving on. Some bad timing and more heart break keeps them apart even longer. When Jared finally comes back to town he has no idea he would run head first in to Tate. They fall into old hateful habits but as things progress Tate see's what she should have all along. Jared is now ready to fight for what is his, Tate. It's a beautiful story that was needed for us to finally close the book on their story. The sex scenes were hot, rough & steamy. The ending was amazing it really gives us full closer on everyone.

Can't wait to dive into "The Game" and book #3 "Her Soldier" so pay attention to Jenni in this book because she gets the spot light in this book.

I enjoyed this book but I have to say it was heavy on the drama, almost too much.

 Nevaeh breaks Landon's heart and her's in the process but it's what's best for him. Her focus has been her mother and now is her time to focus on herself. Things couldn't be more ironic than actually ending up in the same apartment as Landon but maybe things were just meant to be. It's a rocky road these two are on and a lot of hate is rolling off of Landon. Once Landon learns somethings these two can't keep their hands off each other. Of course as I read I am just on edge waiting for the epic blow up about to happen.  The plot just thickens as the story goes and the lies pile up. Eventually things start to unravel and everything gets revealed but is it too late for Landon and Nevaeh? A lot of hot steamy sex scenes. Fabulous ending.

I loved book #1 and book #2 is just as amazing.

Logan just wants to forget his future but he can't get his mind off his best friends girl but when he meets Grace she is just the distraction he needs. Logan does something stupid and humiliates Grace but once the damage is done he realizes Grace was more than a distraction. Now he has his sights set on proving that she is the only one he wants. Grace has always blended into the background but after a summer to sulk over Logan she is ready for a fresh start. She might forgive Logan but if he wants more than a friendship he is going to have to work his butt off to prove he's worthy. Logan has other issues that are weighing him down and his future is bleak but with Grace in it maybe it won't be so bad. Some hot sex scenes - nothing to ranch. Fantastic ending. We get more of Hannah & Garrett. Can't wait for Dean's story!
