When I started reading this book I was had no idea where it was all going. The book is told in present time with flash backs of the past. Lie seemed to be having a hard time in life and just couldn't bring herself out of her funk. When she meets Abel I am torn with wanting her to be with Abel and her wanting to be with Brock - even know I have no idea where Brock actually is. Abel is hot, of course, but he's all over the place from being a douchebag to be sweet and caring with Lie. As the story goes on I get on the Abel bandwagon but Lie just won't give in but then again it doesn't help he's a dick half the time. Abel opens up to her about his past breaking down Lie's walls until she finally is ready to talk about the tragic day that changed her life. When she finally tells her heart wrenching story everything becomes clear - well for most of you if will I still had questions and the author has a forum that you can check out that will fill you in if you are at all lost. No major sex scenes folks but this one will fuck with your mind.

I read "Fall from Grace" & "Saving Grace" almost a year ago. My friend started reading them so I decided it was time to read "Scars & Songs" Shane's Pov. I don't normally read paranormal books but when I started reading "Fall from Grace" I had no idea it was that kind of book not until the end - I know there were clues mid way but I still didn't know until the end and by that time I was totally and utterly sucked in. To this day this is the only paranormal series I have read. I would say it's more biblical being as it's about arc angels. Not for my review lol. OMG I wanted to jump in my e-reader and just love Shane. I can't say I remember Grace being so mean to Shane in the first two books but I think she wanted him but didn't want to but seeing it from Shane's pov I can see why he thought she hated him. It was a crazy intense dance these two did around each other you couldn't help but feel the tension.  It was a long dance but finally when things came to a head it was Beautiful!! This book too their future further than the first two books. Oh yes then there's Grace's friend Lea who is absolutely hilarious!!Fantastic ending.

Whew ..... my stomach can finally unknot itself!

That was intense. At the beginning of this book I was just going crazy wondering how was Grace ever going to find her way back to Shane. Then there's a twisted surprise. Still lots of fire burning sexual tension between Grace and Shane. I would have thrown my eReader if I could because every time they got close to sealing the deal (sex) something happened! You will have to find out for yourself if they actually ever to seal the deal I won't tell!  Book 2 has a lot more Paranormal goings on than book 1 did but it's a great story. 

No cliff hanger ending!

Fall From Grace

I'm finally home after struggling through my brother's illness and death. But, home is definitely a bit different. My best friend (the only person alive now that knows my secret) has a new boyfriend; and he has a friend. Shane Maxton: bad boy, tattooed rock god, eye candy extraordinaire. He is also New York City's most arrogant, self-serving, son of a, well, a definite one-night stand kind of a guy.

A paranormal romance.

This is the first Paranormal romance book I've read. I usually steer clear from anything paranormal but after reading the reviews I decided to go for it.

Holy Moly I am still reeling over this book. You don't really know it's a paranormal romance until mid book. No Hot sex scenes but things are so intense between Grace and Shane you get knots in your stomach! The author really is amazing the way she makes you feel like you are right there with them especially in the bar when they are playing on stage you can't help but feel the fire that burns between Grace and Shane. I will tell you that you will want book 2 handy because the ending well it's a hanger!

Pretty sure I will be up all night reading Saving Grace.
